+: The hotel was looking pretty clean , anyway i will not rate at a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately the room i got didn’t match the pictures from booking , was much smaller, but i apreciate was clean. The food was ok only the sweets I didn’t like , all tasted the same .

+: Nu mi-a plăcut nimic. Deși am ajuns la hotel la ora 11 camera mi-a fost predată la ora 16 deși între aceste ore s-au predat camere altor persoane care au ajuns la hotel mai târziu decât mine. Când am luat camera în primire am fost de-a dreptul șocată. În loc de cameră cu un pat dublu și un pat de o persoană am primit o cameră cu un pat dublu și un pat supraetajat pentru copii. Ușa camerei nu avea vizor. Vizorul era lipsă dar gaura lui era prezentă. Am astupat-o cu hârtie igienică. Camera era foarte aproape de stradă așa că vederea din balcon nu era la mare ( așa cum am avut rezervarea) ci la șosea. Când am refuzat această cameră mi-au propus să dorm în ea o noapte deoarece nu mai au altă cameră disponibilă că a doua zi au să-mi dea altă cameră. Menționez că la recepție am arătat că sunt client booking com "client GENIUS nivel 3", poza camerei pe care trebuie să o primesc cu toate detaliile din rezervare nu au ținut cont de asta. M-au uitat total așa că nu m-au mutat. Mi-am petrecut cele 7 zile în această cameră de-a dreptul murdară.Pe jos puteai să spui că e noroi (rezultat din înmuierea prafului) deoarece din două plimbări prin cameră tălpile papucilor primiți din partea hotelului s-au făcut din albe negre. A doua zi de dimineață am avut parte de alt șoc: fierbătorul pentru cafea nu funcționa deoarece îi lipsea plita. Am făcut un filmuleț și pe la ora 8 am mers la recepție și le-am arătat filmulețul și le-am relatat și verbal. Mi-au promis că se rezolvă dar au uitat imediat. Pe la ora 15 am luat fierbătorul din cameră , am mers la recepție și l-am rugat pe același recepționer să-mi facă o cafea cu acest fierbător. Abia atunci a dat telefon și mi-a fost adus în cameră un fierbător funcțional. În toate cele 7 zile doar în prima zi am primit în cameră 2 pliculețe de ness.

+: Aan het strand, mooi zwembad, eten was goed!Mooie ruime kamer
-: Op de kamer waren in totaal 3 stopcontacten waarvan 2 het deden! En het was fijn als ze naast het bed zaten. Matrassen op de stapelbedden waren net houten planken en een koelkast die warm bleef. Het verblijf zat overal best ver vanaf maar dat hadden we kunnen weten

+: Personeel was vriendelijk en deed zijn uiterste best. Kamer, eten zwembad wel ok.
-: Accommodatie is hard aan renovatie toe. Wc blokken aan zwembad en restaurant gewoon oud en vies. Heel veel kleine dingen die aandacht en onderhoud nodig hebben en het hotel zou veel beter scoren . Animatie deed zijn best, maar met alleen een doos pingpongballen en oude hoelahoep kun je weinig doen.Strand was kiezel en voor kleine kinderen gevaarlijk.
