+: The hotel is really great for family tourism. It has a lot of activities on the hotel site: mini-golf, lunapark, great aqua park, video games, bowling, pool, sports and games activities. There are a lot of a la carte restaurants with delicious food and great service. There is very interesting and fun evening show. The food is really various and delicious. And you're able to eat any time you want, even at night. It's useful if you arrive at night. There is very great beach with piers with sunbeds and bar. Also, there are a lot of pools, one of them is with salted water. The room was really big and with balcony with forest view.
-: Housekeeping service is really bad. In fact, the room wasn't cleaned at all. The floor wasn't washed during all the time of my vacation. And in fact there is no difference if you leave the tips or not. The service is the same.
