+: Perfect view of the balloons ofcourse, but the hotel and amentites at the hotel itself is luxurious mixed with going back in time. Mindblown of the vibe and atmosphere
-: some staff members were not wholeheartedly with us, a group of 4. A bit rude to be honest, not what I expected after the standard of the hotel.

-: Me dijeron que me iban a dar un upgrade pero en realidad me dieron un cuarto que está abajo del comedor y era un ruido impresionante en la mañana muy temprano y toda la noche. Se movían y arrastraban mesas. Cuando les dije como que ni me hicieron caso y me dijeron que lo iban a checar.
