-: Ich musste 25 Euro bezahlen da ich 2 Stunden früher angereist bin und obwohl das Zimmer fertig war.Ich wollte gleich alles bezahlen, es hat aber geheißen : „ es geht nicht“.3 Stunden später bin ich aufgeweckt worden ich soll bezahlen kommen.Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Ein bitte nicht stören Schild gab es nicht. Ich habe die Reinigunsdame angesprochen, sie wollte mich wegschicken ohne zu zuhören.Zu wenig Personal das ständig überfordert ist.Kein Platz zum sitzen beim Essen. Nach dem Essen habe ich noch immer Durchfall.Personal nicht freundlich Ich habe um Ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, ich bekam ein Zimmer neben dem LiftKeine Möglichkeit Bademantel auszuleihenDas verpackte Wassser schmeckt komisch wenn man es zum Teee benutztIch weiß dass in anderen Hotels in der Türkei alles anders ist. Für mich nicht mal 3 Sterne Niveau Hellhörige Wände obwohl im Internet was über Schallisolierung standIch habe das Hotel gewählt da es bei den Booking Optionen Badewanne stand.Mir wurde geschrieben die haben kein Zimmer mit Badewanne . Warum geben sie dann beim Booking.com dem Gegenteil an?

-: Booked a room with sea view, had to argue with the reception manager twice to give me the room that I paid for, and they still gave me a basic room with side sea view. When confronting them with the reservation from booking they say it's my problem that I booked using booking and they don't care and can't do anything about. This is not how to treat a customer. The entire hotel needs reparations and general maintenance, I've seen 3 star hotels that look better than this. This is not a hotel you should spend your money or time in. Bad staff and bad amenities, do not recommend
