-: Areas of the hotel were not clean and needed urgent repairchange (windows, worn carpet at the lobby, sofas etc). Breakfast was average at best and coffee substandard. Ordered a sirloin steak for dinner and it was terribly prepared (3 thin slices of overcooked dry meat, with tasteless boiled veggies). Definitely not a steak! We asked for grated cheese to accompany our pasta, but never received it. The Pakistani waiter was lost in space. Pure disappointment. Waiters not at all attentive. Stayed there for 2 nights and could see lots of buses unloading hoards of tourists, mainly from China etc. Obviously this hotel is been heavily used by tour operators, as a one night stay location, for their groups. Comfortable bed and spacious room. But still, there was water leaking under the bathroom sink, every day I was there.

-: This hotel dose not worth 5 stars! 2 star or maybe 3 stars Max. the gym and the pool are out of service. the room renovation is so cheap and bad! The room is dusty and not cleaned properly, even the toilet, and remote and the furniture where very dusty. the bed sheet was stained and the towels too! the minities are not up to the standards I forgot my tooth brush then a rude staff said we dont offer that the receptionist told me the next day the are out of it for more than two weeks.. I asked for an iron and is was broken and stained!
