+: Beschwerdemanagement funktioniert sehr gut. Sie reagieren sofort und bieten eine Lösung an. Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sehr schöne Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer.

-: Zu wenig Personal für so viele Gäste. Man findet kaum einen Tisch im klimatisierten wenn man etwas später kommt. Die Zimmer in den beiden Hauptgebäuden scheinen gut zu sein, alle anderen wohl ziemlich runtergekommen. Kein Essen 24h verfügbar, würde ich in einem 5* Hotel erwarten. Zu wenige Aufzüge vorhanden.

+: I liked the pool, sea and foods.

-: It was too crowded. You can not find a place around pool to lay on. You have to wake up early and leave your towel there to hold place. Restaurant is a chaos people hit eachother and there is no respect.

+: The pool is very nice , the guy whit sisha was amazing ,the food is acceptable ,

-: First THIS IS MAXIMUM 3 STATS HOTEL ,they didn’t give the room what you booked, when you ask them to change the room because is not the room for what you pay it they refuse , the bathroom is very old and is smelly so bad ,the air conditioning is not working all the time ,

-: Surprised when a hotel claiming to be a 5-star cannot have shampoos and conditioners. We stayed for 2 weeks and we’re not provided with any single bottle of shampoo within those 2 weeks.

+: Vi hade en underbar vecka då vi firade min man som fyllde 60 år. Vi reste hela familjen med barn barnbarn och flickvänner. Allt perfekt underbar mat trevlig personal Vi fick 4 rum bredvid varandra städad varje dag! Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell gillade allt! Susanne man barn barnbarn och flickvänner

+: We had a nice family break for 10 days. We all enjoyed it - but for the sake of setting expectations - here are some things I wish I had known when I booked.1) It’s not a 5 star resort. It’s more like 3 stars in terms of facilities, branded alcohol, and general service. But it does provide very good value for money.2) The staff dont speak much english. This caused some frustration and rudeness with the folks on reception when we checked in. My wife was in tears, and I had to insist on an apology.3) Skip the a la carte meals. The standard restaurant food is delicious and plentiful - but on the two occasions we tried a la carte it was baffelingly bad. To the point where we and the tables around us were in hysterical laughter.5) Its a stretch to say there are 5 pools. There are really 2 swimming pools that adults can use in the summer. The smaller pool away from the hotel is perfect for relaxing away from the noise and bustle of the main pool.6) The Wifi is terrible. It’s 2023 and good wifi should be a given.

+: Velmi přátelský personál, udržovaná čistota, velký výběr all inclusive služeb. Pokoje byly velké, čisté každý den včetně doplnění mini baru. Wifi fungovala v celém areálu většinou velmi slušně.

-: Snídaně nebyly na úrovni, kterou jsem očekával- malý výběr. Celkové stravování by mohlo být lepší, je zde malý výběr masa- vše jen jehněčí nebo kuřecí. Postele by mohly být pohodlnější.
