+: Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hatte einen Balkon. Das Früchstücks- und Abendbuffet war vielfältig und schmackhaft. Ganz besonders hat uns die Blütenpracht in der Anlage gefallen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

-: المبنى قديم الجدران مقشره ومشخبط عليها بالاقلام وتهرب مويه فيها تسريب حجزي غرفتين غرفه المكيف فيها مايشتغل والغرفه الثانيه فيه صوت مكيف بدون هواء المخده عليها شعر المكان غير صالح للإقامه فيه ، الخدمه صفر من عشره تعبت وانا اشتكي واطلب منهم يحلون موضوع المكيف لاني مو قادره انام ومافيه تجاوب ابدًا يسلكون لي ان بيجي المهندس وماشفت احد ، خيارات الفطور سيئه المسبح مقرف ووصخ ، الفجر طفا الكهرب لمدة 3-4 ساعات اقل وصف اوصفه فيه مأساااااه ، كنت مفكره اروح اجرب يوم وامدد اذا عجبني والي حصل لولا تعب المطار والسفر ولا كان طلعت بنفس الدقيقه

-: Everything! The room was old and dirty. We didn’t have a working shower. There were stains on the bed, hair everywhere, a door that didn’t properly close, promised sea view was a concrete wall, air con only in one room of the family suite, mould in the room and the fridge inside covered in mould. Rude staff.
