+: Gutes Konzept aus Strand- und Poouirlaub, recht gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Reinigungskräfte.

-: Matratze war durchgelegen, Spa-Bereich machte aufdringlich Werbung für eigene Leistungen. Strand ok, aber nicht mehr.

+: Rent og lækkert poolområde. Rene og fine værelser. Fin beliggenhed og med et dejligt strandområde.

-: Deres drinks var meget stærke, og det hjalp ikke at bede om at lave dem mindre stærke. Buffeten var ok, men ensartet - ikke den vilde kulinariske oplevelse.

+: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.Direkter Strandzugang ohne die Anlage zu verlassen war von Vorteil!Lobby Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

-: Das Essen war leider nicht so vielfältig und auf die Qualität hat man anscheinend auch nicht so viel Wert gelegt (Magen-Darm oder andere Probleme lagen an der Tagesordnung so die Aussage von vielen Hotelgästen und von mir Persönlich!).Das Personal in der "Bäckerei" war aufgrund das ich ein Deutsch-Türke bin sehr unfreundlich mir gegenüber, hätte ich englisch mit ihnen gesprochen würde es wahrscheinlich anders aussehen. (Ziemlich diskriminierend!!!)Flughafenservice hätte auf Anfrage 100€ gekostet was eine absolute Frechheit ist wenn man bedenkt das das ca. 15 des Mindestlohnes in der Türkei wäre!!!Das man auf dem Balkon nicht rauchen durfte ist wahrscheinlich für den einen oder anderen ein Problem für mich war es ein sehr großes Problem immer in die Lobby zu fahren um irgendwo da seine Zigarette rauchen zu können!

+: the room is comfortable, bed is comfy and the restaurant for breakfast is quite comfy too with nice pool view

-: 5-star hotel with the attitude of 2-star hostel. Mr. Yasin in the reception never heard of professional warm welcoming of guests. He was very rude and unprofessional, but he felt very proud of it - probably is the policy of the hotel - if you are not Turkish (cause to all turkish guests receptionists were smiling and were very happy to assist) you will get not even "hello". The hotel itself is a nice place. Business partners both in Cyprus and Turkey advised the hotel, but the staff (!!!) - wow, they picked the most unprofessional staff in Turkey, probably.

+: I was initially excited to enjoy the hotel’s highly-rated amenities, including its exceptional spa. The waitstaff were efficient, and the reception was helpful, which are positive aspects of the hotel experience.

-: Unfortunately, my stay was significantly overshadowed by a major issue: food poisoning. On the second day of my stay, I, along with many other guests, suffered from food poisoning after dining at the hotel. This was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s food safety practices. Overall, this issue greatly affected my stay, leading me to rate the hotel 410 and making it difficult to recommend.

+: Struttura molto pulita,cibo ottimo, personale molto cortese e disponibile.molto comodo il tunnel per l'accesso alla spiaggia e il pontile con acceso diretto al mare che scavalca gli scogli.consigliatissimo per la tranquillità della struttura e la qualità del cibo veramente ottimo.consigliato anche come adulti only per chi vuole rilassarsi in piscina senza urla e schizzi molesti da parte dei bambini
