+: Staff very nice

-: We arrived at the hotel but unfortunately the room is very very dirty and very old. Needs refurbishment and not suitable for staying. The AC was pouring water to the floor. Mattresses dirty and smells bad and some parts are torn. Room full of flies. I left the hotel immediately. Couldn't stay for 10 minutes.

+: Personnel were really helpful.

-: We were given a room really small and with very old installations. The shower was the worst part, it was impossible to keep the shower head stable since it was too old. You could hear the noise all the time since the room was at ground level.

-: Zimmer werden nicht gesäubert, nur das Bett gemacht! Personal ist nicht in Lage Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen, statt desen wird eine benutzte Rolle in die Hand gedrückt! Unverschämt. Personal liegt nur im.garten rumm und wartet auf Kundschaft! Zwischen Realität und den Bildern ist enorm unterscjied!

-: It was my worst stay ever. I stayed in Türkiye for over 10 days in 5 different hotels and it was awesome but on the last day of my visit I came to Hotel Symbola for one night . the room was so dirty dust on the floor , we found 2 worms , one on the bed , my room which meant to be with garden view the only view we got was the next door room , the worst of all that we couldn't sleep all night at all because the was a noise coming from the hydraulics and the boiler every almost 10 minutes which sound loud especially that was next to the room so no Soundproofing no Sofa as it shows in the room facility no TV channel at all , no hairdryer , i called the reception they put me on hold for couple minutes then they hanged up .... never again

+: Konumu iyiydi, ortaköy meydanına yakındı, etrafta herşey bulunuyordu. Bahcesi çok hoştu mis gibi çicek kokuyordu, kapalı terasta mevcuttu güzeldi. Boğaz manzarası güzeldi. Personel her saatte ilgiliydi. Oda konforluydu. Otel sakindi. Herşey için teşekkür ediyoruz ve tavsiye ediyoruz.

-: Odada bir buzdolabı eksikti. 3 gün kaldık ve oda temizlenmedi, bardaklar yenilenmedi. Sanırìm istek üzere temizleniyor sadece. Otel köprü altında kalıyor biraz arabaların sesi geliyordu, pencereleri örtünce rahatsìz edecek kadar ses gelmedi.

+: Le seul point positif: la chambre était grande avec une vue sur les jardins, et la mer. La situation pour nous. Il est situé juste sous le pont.

-: Beaucoup de choses: - Pas de petit déjeuner reçu, aucune information reçu à la réception dès le départ (malgré le fait qu'il était inclus); en plus un facturé le dernier jour par quelqu'un. - Il faut demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. - Pas d'entretien dans la chambre (poubelles, changement d'essuies, etc) durant le séjour. - Aucune qualitéprix. Le personnel me semblait sympa (en discutant), mais je me suis trompée. Décevant. Il n'y avait personne dans l'hôtel. Je crois que c'est le plus regrettable séjour que j'ai fait.
