Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un personnel amical et attentionné Le processus d'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème et efficace, et j'ai été ravi de constater que ma chambre dépassait mes attentes. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée Le lit était confortable, Personnel gentil et serviable L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal pour explorer la ville, avec de nombreuses attractions et restaurants accessibles à pied. Que je sois intéressé par les sites culturels, le shopping ou simplement une promenade tranquille, tout était facilement accessible depuis l'hôtel. Les moyens de transport est à quelques pas, à moins de 5 minutes à pied.

+: Clean and convenient. The staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable and heating ok. The location was very convenient for my personal scheme to visit Istambul.
-: The room was noisy by night due to the proximity of a barclub with loud music. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the kitchen but no breakfast. Forced to pay cash instead of credit card. Some things meed to be fixed (tap detached, window glass broken)
