+: The location was good, very close to the Taksim metro.I quite enjoyed the breakfast, the Turkish eggs were very good.
-: The room was small, I could not fully open the closet as the bed was too close to it, there was a sewer smell in the room, it was very dark, very little day light came through the window. On the 4th day of my stay the front desk gentleman asked me if I wanted to change the room as he saw I have a mobility disability. To get to the room there are 5 steps down with no ramp. As much as I appreciate him acknowledging the issue it would have been nice if this was offered on the fist day at the checking at this stage I could not be bothered to pack and unpack again. It would be nice if everyone was a bit more sensitive to disabled people, our life is hard enough and every little thing helps.
