+: It was very spacious, I got a room with the living room and bedroom apart from each other instead of a studio setting. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast had a lot of options. I got a room on a non smoking floor, I loved that concept! I hate the smell of smoking etc.
-: If you wanted to use the washing machine you had to buy the stuff to put ij the washing machine by yourself. I was only there for one day, so I was not going to buy a whole new packet of washing supplies. My wifi also wasn’t working sadly.

+: I booked 9 days here but only stayed in for about t 2 nights staff helped with bags and even walked me to my room when I wasn't feeling to well (undergoing surgery) without a frown. Nice services in the room washing machine , sink, fridge, microwave Hotel itself is stunning with spa and other services Big smiles from arrival to departure Thanks
-: These are not big issues, but would have made the experience perfect I only slept there for a few hours on the first night and returned after 7 days (undergoing massive surgery) Toilet rolls were not replaced Upon arrival I ordered food on room service They didn't take the dishes next day. Oh also tv was not smart tv, or there was no option to connect our mobiles to tv, I was very bored after my surgery just laying there and no good tv service sadly that was depressing
