+: Excellent location, right next to the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms
-: Rooms too small and are dated. Very little food choice for vegetarians. There is a lot of non vegtarian food offered but only 1 or 2 vegetarian dishes offered during each meal. Staff don't speak much English and seems to cater mainly for German and Dutch tourists. Quality of drinks on offer is poor - very cheap alcoholic and sugary drinks are offered. There is no fresh juice available. Rooms are small and there is not enough space for luggage. The rooms alos look dated and the whole hotel could do with a refurbishment. For vegetarians and Enlgish speaking people, I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The AC in one of the rooms we booked wasn't working properly and the technicians seemed unable to sort it. Overall, our stay was very disapponting and I will not be visiting again.

+: Excellent culinary experience! Good quality and wide choice of meal all day. Despite the facility is 30 years old it is in a very good condition, lobby, garden, pools, bars, room. Strong Wi-Fi in the public spaces, on the beach however it is weak in the rooms. Friendly staff. The beach is the best on the cost of Side.
-: The hotel is a nest of the German mass-truism, others are treated as outsiders. The capacity of the elevators could be extended.

+: Das Personal allesamt sehr freundlich und respektvoll. Die Zimmer: Trotz der ziemlich alten Einrixhtung total sauber. Das einzige Hotel bisher wo meine Tücher beim Nachputzen sauber waren und nicht Braun wurden. Cola und Fanta Flasche in der Minibar - das war gut und erforderlich, anders hätte ich das Ganze nicht All Inclusive nennen können. Och freue mich und bin Neugierig auf die Renovierung und Neumöblierung der Zimmer.
-: In den Restaurants und Bars werden Softdrinks aus Sirup hergestellt. Es schmeckt grauenhaft. Die Kaffemaschine an der Bar ist wohl nie fachgerecht gereinigt worden, der Kaffee schmeckt total nach Malzbier. Das Babybecken befindet auf dem sonnigsten Fleck, unbedacht. Liegen sind genug da gewesen aber Schirme gab es erst nach Reklamation. Es hies ein Schirm für zwei Liegen, die Schirme sind aber zu klein um zu schützen. Nach kurzer Erklärung kam dann auch der zweite Schirm. Alles gut.
