+: The staff was amazing and special thanks to all of them for the amazing job and I wish I have thier names in my brain but (Yadir and Emrah) what I remember.They are very helpful, welcoming and they speak good English which made our life easy.The location is Taksim which was fantastic as it is just 3 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and 5 minutes walk to the metro station.
-: The fridge in one of the rooms wasn't working properly but we didn't really need to report it to them because we had 2 connected rooms and the other one was cooling perfectly,.
