+: La dame de ménage très gentille ainsi que le manager. Booking n’a pas fait son travail correctement

-: J’avais demandé une navette et booking m’avait donné la confirmation de l’hôtel. Or l’hôtel n’a pas ou jamais fait de navette aéroport hôtel. J’ai donc galéré pour trouver l’hôtel. Je suis arrivée à Istanbul à 17h00 et je suis arrivée à l’hôtel à 22h. À force de demander notre aux gens, ma sœur a perdu son téléphone

+: Of course not a 4 star facilitate hotel. Fitness center is mentioned but it’s not there. I have booked because of gym.. disappointed. Plus point is only location Other all are below average

+: I liked the hotel location, close to everything. Close to tram, metro and bus stop. The hotel is in the centre of everything. However breakfast was very poor.

-: The receptionist Melek was very friendly and helpful. Our room was looking on a noisy street due to construction. She straight away changed the room to a a quieter room with sea view from the side. She done all her possiblity to make our holiday comfortable. She is the best, she speaks English very well and it was easy to communicate with her On the the other hand the cleaning lady Roushdia that was looking after our floor, was lovely , cleaning our room every day, changing bed sheets, covers, pillow cases , and towels. Always smiling and helpful. She made our holiday stay very comfortable as well. Thank you Melek and Roushdia for everything you have done for us.
