+: El silencio en la habitación

-: Esperar mucho tiempo el ascensor. Solo tiene 3 ascensores para muchísimas habitaciones. A veces esperas de 10 minutos. Llegas tarde a todos lados. La mala atención a las consultas por medios digitales como email y wapp. No respondieron por semanas.En estandares internacionales sería 3 estrellas como máximo.La tarifa es más barata reservar online que en el escritorio. El precio del transfer al aeropuerto ofrecido es 50 eur, duplica la realidad de cualquier taxi oficial. Solo dan pocaa aguas, todo lo demás, incluida la pileta, debe pagarse adicionalmente. El personal en general no entiende ingĺés. La habitación tenía detalles de deterioro. Las teclas de luz andan muy mal. Un desastre!

-: No responden mensajes por medios digitales. Muy bajo nivel de ingĺes del personal. La habitación se ve deteriorada.La pileta debe pagarse aparte.No califica como 5 estrellas, debería ser 2 o 3 estrellas a nivel internacional.No tienen ninguna gentileza con el huésped.La atención es mala, en 5 estrellas debería ser excelente.La cama doble eran dos colchones independientes en contacto.Costoso para la calidad del servicio. No es recomendable.Las teclas de luz no funcionan bien.
