+: Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Restaurant hatte eine super schöne Aussicht auf den Galata Turm.

-: Die Fenster des Hotels waren sehr schlecht, sodass man in der Nacht nicht in Ruhe schlafen konnte.

+: Good location for restaurants and close to the water

-: Small rooms. tattoo parlor in lobby. Restaurant staff took almost an hour to bring breakfast. I told them just to bring me the omelette and yogurt a couple of times but they brought the entire thing an hour later. They insisted I sit on the sun even though there were plenty of empty tables in the shade. Not exactly customer oriented.

+: Very nice and helpful staff, great location and a beautiful rooftop restaurant.

-: It is close to the main streets and therefore, it might be a bit noisy at night.

+: Service is what sets this property apart from others. We started and ended our Turkiye vacation at The Haze. Rafi (GM) and his team are excellent, and as always went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. Our rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast on the rooftop restaurant with the view - Mukellef was great too.

+: We got the top floor room and had amazing views at the Galata tower, plus street noises didn't reach us. Breakfast was plentiful and despite it being the same every day it was varied enough to keep us happy for three days. Best location in Istanbul - public transport close by, but also walkable to most main sights. A lot of dining options and amazing seaside.
