+: Fantastisch verblijf, mooie oude Bank met een stukje geschiedenis, mooie kamer en met goede stevige bedden, hotel met oog voor detail. Fantastisch restaurant op de bovenste verdieping , wij hebben 5x avond eten daar gegeten! Grootste complimenten, een echte 5* restaurant. Wij komen weer terug chef!!!!Fantastisch bar op de aansluitende verdieping, gezellige hardwerkende medewerkers en excellent köftehamburgers (van het zelfde chef!!) uit lunchkaart.Echt genoten!! En weekend live dj, zo gaaf, met uitzicht op Istanbul!De sauna is immens mooi en schoon, geweldig team zorgt voor een goed verwennerij, ze zijn ook erg behulpzaam geweest en mijn zieke moeder fijn geholpen. Dank jullie wel!!
-: Ontbijt viel tegen, we kregen een natte scrambled egg met vocht, brood was wat hard en koffie was van slecht kwaliteit. Vervolgens kregen we de rekening in € van het ontbijt terwijl de rest van accommodatie in TL was. Een van de balie medewerkers bespotte met ons, hij dacht dat we arme bewoners van de stad waren en vroeg bij de lift om identiteitsbewijs. Hij schrok toen we ons kamer nr lieten zien. Het bespottelijke gedrag als we dan telkens voorbij de balie kwamen, het deed wel pijn in ons hart want mijn moeder is laag geletterd en trok het zich aan.

+: Beautiful interior, cool rooms- amazing high ceilings , very attendant staff. Great roof terrace with amazing views over city. Location is perfect - walking distance from Asian side and all the historical landmarks, steps away from Galata tower and it’s buzzing surroundings.

+: The entire team were extremely helpful in arranging things for us and answering any questions we had. The breakfast was great, the location perfect for walking around and so close to local ferries. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular. Bedroom was wonderful...super large and comfy bed.
