-: Pas de wifi, le mini frigo en panne, la chambre est trop trop petite. Y a même pas de place pour poser ses valises! L'évier on ne peut pas l'utiliser car on va se cogner la tête avec les équipements dessus. Zéro confort! Les images ne correspondent pas à la réalité, pas de balcon pas de belle vue, l'hotel donne sur une ruelle qui craint. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'expérience dans cet hotel et je ne le recommande pas.

-: Никога няма да препоръчам този хотел на никого. Ужасен е. Стаята е суепр малка, бях с дете на 6 год и съпруга ми а леглото беше само едно. Наложи се да спя на земята за да можем да се поберем. Беше ужасно мръсно, захабено и миришеше лошо. В банята можеше да чуеш какво прави всеки гост в стаята си. Миризмата просто е отвратителна. Накрая платихме и паркинг и ни се оабдиха да ни кажат че не сме заплатили нищо. Това е недопустимо

-: Booking.com war so nett und hat mir ein Upgrade angeboten. Dieses Abgrade vom Doppelzimmer auf suite habe zu dem Preis gerne angenommen. Die Suite (Preis für bis zu 4 Personen) sollte ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafsofas und eine Terrasse bieten. Reservierung für eine Person getätigt und spontan meine Mutter, welche mich für eine Woche begleitete, mitgenommen. Dort angekommen bekam ich ein Doppelzimmer mit Trennwand sodass es einen Suite Charakter hatte. Weder gab es die angepriesen Terrasse noch 2 Schlafsofas. Wie dort 4 Personen unterkommen sollte bleibt ejn Rätsel. Zu allem Übel wurde dann direkt ein Aufpreis verlangt, weil ich nur für eine Person reserviert hatte, obwohl der Preis für das Zimmer der Preis für 4 Personen war. Ich weigerte mich vor Ort zum einen den vollen Preis zu zahlen noch einen Aufpreis für eine zweite Person. Daraufhin wurde einfach das Geld von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Ich trat in Kontakt mit Booking.com. Kundenservice miserabel, keinerlei Unterstützung, keine Rückzahlung nichts. Mittlerweile hat das Hotel binnen 4 Wochen den 3 oder 4 Namen bei booking. Ich buchte bei den Platinum suites, dann hießen sie B&B hotelgruppe dann wieder anders. Absoluter Scam.... In 14 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde mein Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt oder das Bett frisch bezogen. Das Zimmer mit Balkon befand sich gegenüber. Allem Anschein nach habe ich wohl beide zimmer gebucht, so stellten sich im Nachhinein die Bilder dar. Ich habe extra ein Zimmer gebucht, dass mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar ist. Leider stimmte auch das nicht, denn ich konnte nur bis zur 5. Etage mit dem Aufzug fahren und musste dann jn die 6. Laufen. Soweit kein Problem, aber mit einer kranken alten Dame in Begleitung oder eventuell mit jemand der mobilitätseingeschränkt ist nicht machbar. Alles in allem wünschte ich mir das Booking.com diesen Anbieter von seiner Plattform nimmt, jedoch ist Booking.com leider auch nur am Umsatz interessiert und sonst nichts.
