+: The staff was very friendly. The location was close to bus stations, relatively close to 2 Metro stations and shopping. It was the type of accommodation that we were looking for a large group of several families.
-: 1) For our second unit, they were going to give us an apartment that had some mold on the walls, and when we complained, they were not phased about it. But they were accommodating and moved our second group to a different apartment on a lower floor and eventually to the same floor days later as the first group as we had requested in advance. 2) There was construction, going on next-door, and one of the windows had a gap that we could hear the construction trucks beeping early in the morning, when we complained, the technician came and looked at it, but upon follow-up, they told us that the part had to come from Europe and it would take a long time so wasn’t fixed while we were there. 3) The air conditioning in the kitchen was not working, and when we found out days later, they told us that it would be fixed after the summer for the whole building! 4) the lighting fixtures, and the middle of living room and kitchen. Dining area were too dim and when we asked to get brighter bulbs, they told us that it was as good as it would get, but instead changed the halogen bulbs surrounding the ceiling of both rooms.
