-: Very unprofessional staff. Room cleaning was a joke. We found a hair bunch in the bathroom after cleaning. Rooms are super basic. Everything felt super low quality. The staff at the hotel bar were extremely rude and unpleasant. They wanted to pick a fight with my friends. Horrible experience.

-: Rattling fan in room; problems with power for phone charging; no physical reception assistance; problems with room lock; whatever this hotel may have felt like in the past, it now feels like management were absent and disinterested in the guest experience and had largely given up on the fit out. Things felt very tired and stale.
