+: Location and staff were amazing. Orhan the owner would do anything to help. All the staff were amazing. Room a little small but tidy and clean. Good AC. Location so close to Tram to get anywhere easily. Breakfast lovely and even specially made Turkish Pancakes with sugar at our request on the last day which made our daughters holiday.

+: The property was in a fantastic location so close to all the sites and 2 mins from the trams. I didn’t use the pool facilities, but the rooms were clean and perfectly adequate although some quite small. Breakfast was lovely and Orhan went out of his way to accommodate us.
-: The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows. I prefer a softer pillow and found the ones quite high and hard.

+: El hotel está muy bien ubicado y además al lado del tranvía lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad por toda la ciudad. El personal está siempre pendiente de los huéspedes y dispuesto a ayudar, da gusto tratar con gente así de amable y servicial.
