    +: Konumu mükemmel hem metroya hem Galata'ya oldukça yakın. Eğer en üst odada kalırsanız, balkondan Galata kulesini ve eski tarihi İstanbul yarımadasını görebilirsiniz. Otel sessiz ve sakin bir sokakta yer alıyor. Sokağın sonunda market, restoranlar ve kafeler var. Personel ilgili ve yardımsever. Odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz çoğu şey mevcut. Her gün oda düzenlendi fakat nevresimler değişmedi. Sonuç olarak fiyatına göre mükemmel.

    -: Binalarda asansör olmadığı için 5.kata merdivenle çıkmak zorundasınız bu biraz zorlayıcı olabiliyor. İlk gün odada örümcek vardı. Fön makinesi sıcak ayarı tam çalışmıyordu ve klimanın görünen iç kısmı çok pisti, bakım yapılması şart. Banyoda kötü bir koku vardı hep, en çok bunu sevmedik.

    +: I want to say it is a great hotel. The stuff on the magnificent floor gave us a great room. They upgraded and we will definitely return to this hotel. The staff is attentive, especially the guy at night, Sultanbey, he is a great person and helped us a lot. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

    +: 2 membri dello staf sono stati molto gentili, e li sottolineo: il ragazzo de Turkmenistan ed il guardiano notturno

    -: Il proprietario più maleducato di tutti i paesi che ho visitato nel mondo e la camera era piena di difetti, fili scoperti, appendi asciugamani rotti e arrugginiti, soffione doccia rotto, copri water rotto, lenzuola sporche. Siamo arrivati alle 3 del mattino stanchi in hotel facendo il check-in e chiedendo di riposare e alle 9.30 è venuta la governante a bussare per chiederci di fare le pulizie. Organizzazione da hotel?
