+: Das Hotel war super zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu fuß zu erreichen. Wir wollen insbesondere bei burak bey bedanken, der sich um jede Angelegenheit von uns gekümmert hat und vieles für uns organisiert hat. Jedes Hotel braucht so einen hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter wie Burak. Für seine Bemühungen und seine Hilfsbereitschaft würden wir immer wieder in dieses Hotel kommen!

+: L’emplacement était parfait, l’hôtel était proche des transports en commun et des sites d’intérêt. Le monsieur à l’accueil était sympathique.

-: La chambre n’a aucun rapport avec les photos sur booking. La chambre était sale, les fenêtres n’ont pas été lavés depuis longtemps, les rideaux étaient sales et déchirés, l’évier était tout noir, des cheveux se trouvaient dans la salle de bain, les miroirs étaient tachées. Je n’ai jamais vu une chambre aussi sale, en période de pandémie, je trouve que le personnel qui y travaille devrait y faire attention. Ensuite, le déjeuner n’en parlons même pas! Vous devez aller le chercher vous même dans un petit buffet en face, le deuxième jour nous avons pris le déjeuner ailleurs parce que c’est un foutage de gueule, je ne suis pas certaine qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus et la lumière de la chambre ne s’éteignait pas, je n’y mettrai plus les pieds c’est sûr.
