+: Hotelul arată f bine, este amplasat bine și are o mulțime de facilități: restaurante, bar lângă plajă, plajă privata aproape de hotel, loc de luat masa fix lângă plajă, personal amabil, însă chelnerii nu prea înțeleg limba engleză.

-: Acum 5 ani era parcă mai bine și personal mai bun, mâncarea parcă și mai bună , dar și acum este.Noi am avut o problemă în camera , era un miros neplăcut, posibil de la ventilație, însă nu au făcut decât să ne dea cu un spray de cameră .Cocktailurile f basic și lipsite de gust. Nu ai voie la piscină seara, după o anumită oră

+: We had a great holiday here. The food was very good and varied catering for all tastes, the staff and service were excellent. Comfortable spacious and spotless rooms. The beach snack bar and entertainment area are on a different site a few minutes walk away. We liked this concept, it might not suit everyone though. We couldn't fault it. It exceeded our expectations.

+: -Room came with kettle, bathroom products, slippers and a robe which made our stay pleasant and comfortable-Close to the beach which had a private area for hotel guests and the staff was attentive to take drink orders as we chilled on the sun lounges-Staff around all areas of the hotel were always attentive and helpful-the hotel's app to order drink and food in the various bars and restaurants was super convenient and the service was really quick-the main restaurant had really good variety of dishes and I like the effort made to change the dinner menu to different cuisines each night e.g. Japanese one night, the next day was Turkish and the following day was French :)

-: -we requested a room with a double bed but were given a room with two single beds which we brought to the staff's attention, however their solution was to combine the two single beds together with a double sheet to connect them...-if you wanted to dine in some of their restaurants that were cuisine specific, you had to make same day dinner reservations at the reception but the times you can do this were so limited so we didn't even get a chance to as we were unavailable on day tours
