+: The location is excellent, just a short walk from İstiklal and the Tophane tram stop and Taksim Square is just a little bit further. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Had I not quit smoking two weeks prior to my visit, the balcony would have been a great bonus! The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout.
-: The fridge's light was permanently on and it had a glass door. I am sure had I informed reception this would have been fixed quickly without any fuss but it was easy enough to do myself.

+: Ótimo café da manhã, com alimentos típicos turcos.Quarto para 3 pessoas excelente e espaçoso. Tudo sempre limpo.Os funcionários são bastante cordiais e prestativos, sempre prontos a ajudarA localização, apesar de não estar no centro histórico, é de fácil acesso a transportes e fica muito próxima a vários lugares de interesse também... por exemplo fica próximo à rua Istiklau, rua comercial, e à praça Taksim...
-: Houve um problema com a água quente do hotel, mas foi prontamente oferecida a opção de upgrade para um hotel superior.

+: It couldn’t have been more perfect. We felt welcome from the first minute and the room was spot on. The staff was helpful and friendly and I even got a virthday cake at 2am in the morning after we returned forma day out. The staff had an eye on everything and my girlfriend got a little present on checkout. We stayed in Room 503 and it was just marvellous
