+: The breakfast was nice but always have the same options everyday so it is a bit boring have the same for 8 days
-: 1) The internet was very very very bad (disconnecting many times during the day and very very slow and you can check with the staff on how many times am calling them everyday regarding the same issue and again no solution) and the staff told me that it is the same around the whole of Istanbul but my client and some of other colleagues were staying in Holiday Inn hotel and the internet speed there (i checked myself) was very fast so in my hotel (Titanic) i was mostly using my roaming internet to finish my work. 2) I changed two rooms because of the air conditioner that was almost not working (I changed rooms L05 & L06) 3) i was in room 503 and the clothes closet was very small (it was around 50 cm width. 4) the staff level of English is very poor and that shouldn't be the case for hotel category as am assuming that they are getting lots and lots of visitors.
