+: the beach, the pools and the location, they are breathtaking just wow. the staff also were very good , all in all good stay and would visit the hotel again they upgraded our room which is amazing gesture.

-: food, food needs a lot of improvement to be a 5 stars hotel standard

+: Die Auswahl am süßen Gebäck einfach nur toll, das Essen allgemein war super sehr das Kinderland war extrem cool noch nie so etwas gesehen

-: Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass unser Zimmer schlecht mit einem Kinderwagen zu erreichen. Alle Zimmer mit Pool Zugang also direkten Pool Zugang sind etwas weiter unten und man muss den Kinderwagen dann immer hoch schleppen wenn man essen gehen will oder so das war das einzige

+: I liked the beach area. Also the variety of food especially for Eid Alaska since we are Muslims. Staff is very cooperative and friendly

-: The indoor pool’s water was very cold even though we were told that it is warm. Need to clarify on your sight that expect too much stairs to use to go to rooms . Entertainments at night was poor not as expected.
