+: The property and breakfast were above average fir a Sheraton hotel kevel.

-: The Stuff needs a lot of training. Service at the bar, coffee shop, rooms was poor.

+: When organizing room decorations for my girlfriend for her 30th birthday. It absolutely made her day.

-: We had to call for bath towels each night of our stay.We asked for extra coffee on arrival, it arrived quickly. The following days, the coffee capsules were only replaced with decaf coffee.Insisting on cash payment for the room decorations.

-: the transparent wall from the bedroom to the bathroom and toilet

+: The breakfast was very nice. A decent spread. The staff was responsive.

-: The location because there is nothing really within walking distance. For Taksim one has to take the hotel shuttle and that’s about it. No nearby trams or metro. For this one has to go to Taksim square. Also lot of noise in the hotel breakfast area because of large groups.
