-: Wo wir rzuerst angekommen sind haben wir fast 2 Stunden in Rezeption gewartet weil sie von Bookind das geld nicht buchen konnten ich hatte schon alles vorbezahltWir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht In 1 Zimmer haben wir extra noch 1 person hizugefügt und waren insgesamt 3 Personen Wo wir in Zimmer gegangen sind haben wir gesehen das es nur 2 Betten gibt und 1 Sofa.Wir haben Rezeption Angerufen wo unsere dritte Bett ist sie meinten da gibt es ja einen Sofa.Leute 5 Sterne Hotel pro Nacht fast 150€ bezahlt und sie sagen das wir keinen Bett bekommen weil wir einen Sofa haben…Nach lange Diskussionen haben wir noch ein Bett bekommen .. ich hatte hunger und wollte endlich mich umziehen weil wir ingesamt 3 Stunden gewartet haben war ich auch sehr genervt.Was ist passiert mein Klima funktioniert nicht. Hab nochmal Telefoniert…Am Ende will ich mein Geldbörse in Safe gebenWas ist passiert ?? Safe kostet 1€ pro Nacht in 5 Sterne hotel 😃Egal bin hingegean hab so ein stück bekommen zum aktivieren.. habe meine wertsachen hinein gelegt wollte zu machen .. was ist passiert ?!Safe hatte kein Akku Batter LowWieder Angerufen gewartet… Also Leute mein 1 Tag habe ich nur gewartet und gewartet es hat alles mehr als 3 Stunden gedauert….Ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte das alles abchecken bevor wir einchecken.. aber nein ich hab ganze Arbeit für sie gemacht…NIE WIEDER !!!

+: Pool, size of room

-: Old rooms , cheap shampoo and soaps , towels looks dirty … 90% of gusset were smokers and smokes around pool ,grill and on the beach !!! Horrible . Pool closed at 6pm !!!
