+: Location and territory is very good - spacious and green. Reception and check-in- check-out - nice and fast, room is good (family bungalow): two big beds with proper matrasses, pillows are mediocre, two bathrooms, all amenities available, good pressure and temperature of water. it should also have a working fireplace - described in minuses. Breakfast is fixed Turkish but nice and very tasty.
-: There is a fireplace in bungalow on photos and descriptions - but it was broken, and when asked to replace to room - staff explained that they not working everywhere (don't know if it's true). I've chosen this hotel and this room just because of fireplace - to seat down in evening with fire in it. So was really disappointed - please repair them or change description on Booking to show that it's just décor! Also at evening time - restaurant staff was lazy, menu only in e-format by QR - and only Turkish language without photos. After 10 minutes of trying do understand what it is and why prices are so high and without any attention of staff - we left for center area (near pier) - it's 20-25 minutes walk - and had a wonderful dinner at half price.

+: Really nice little cabin surrounded by lovely greenery. In a lovely area too, a nice walk into town (took us a while to work out the system of buses and taxis). Breakfast was nice.
-: The staff were lovely but sadly not very helpful, we weren’t really welcomed or spoken to much during our whole stay. We tried to ask questions about how to get around and didn’t really get a response. We felt a bit unwanted! While the cabin was also lovely it was very exposed unless you had the thick curtains completely drawn and everyone who walked past looked in at you. I wouldn’t say there are any “facilities” to comment on

+: Nice boutique hotel, good breakfast. Nepalese staff made us Indian tea..!!
-: I tried to contact the hotel before arriving, but it was very difficult as the manageress did not speak English well enough to communicate. She could not tell us about the running of the ferry as it was raining. We also had problems with checkout, she could not take payment with credit cards, I tried 3of them. Same problem with another family from Dubai. They did not help with arrival and departure. Especially with my elderly mother. We had a tough time getting to and from the hotel with our baggages.

+: Superbe endroit sur une île magnifique. Installations et personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux et magnifique vue.
-: Rien. A part que les restaurants sont un peu loin à pieds.
