-: The value was too high The staff was not at the reception was not friendly except Fatma. AT the day of check in a female worker introduced herself to us as an assigned worker for Arab guests and promised us to show us the hotel facilities and activities after the check in but unfortunately she never came. No indoor pools.The communication with hotel before arrival was disappointing. We wanted to reserve a table for our special occasion and they replied to us to contact the guest relation at the day of arrival. Unfortunately all tables were reserved. The employee at guest relations arranged a nice set up in the room as compensation. No iron table available
