+: The beach was lovely and the kids loved being in the pool. The entertainment crew were great.
-: Didn't like how the towel distribution was, nowhere near the pool area with strict timing of when you can pick up and drop off. The lady refused to exchange 2 dirty towels for new ones at 11am, said I had to come back at the drop off time which was 3ish. Even though I had booked all inclusive you don't get free WiFi in your room, they tried to charge me for a kettle, you have to pay extra for food, like strawberries and smoothies, the free ice cram was a 5-10 mins walk away near the other sister hotels. There is no food available near the pool area, you can only eat in one place. The sunbeds are so close together that you are trying to find a way to access the pool by walking over other people belonging and sun beds.

+: Las piscinas y toboganes eran muy buenos. Buen hotel para niños pequeños, amigable.Era buena la habitación familiar, con 2 habitaciones. Se sentía como un mini departamento.Buffet variado y sabroso.Personal amable.Era bueno poder usar los 3 hoteles.
-: Internet era gratis sólo en el lobby, en las piezas o cualquier otro lugar había que pagar aparte.El aire acondicionado no era suficiente para el calor. En el restaurant daban ganas de irse y dejar de comer sólo por el calor.El aseo podría mejorar, las llaves tenian manchas de sarro.El mini fridge de la habitación no enfriaba nada, mas bien calentaba.Se sentía la diferencia entre los hoteles. Pegasus club era el peor... y había que caminar mucho a la poscina grande... conviene pegasus resort o royal.Demasiadas cosas que se pagaban aparte (internet, inflables, tragos, restaurants, etc).. no es Todo incluido.. es casi todo incluido.Muy lejos aeropuerto.
