+: La ubicación es muy buena en el entorno de la torre Galata y la principal calle de compras Istiklal. Además, no está lejos llegar a la zona de Ayasophia y todo el casco antiguo. Los servicios y comodidad del hotel también son buenos. Al llegar nos dieron una habitación con una terraza que mira al río en la última planta que es muy bonita. Nos encantó. También está cercano a una parada de tranvía.

-: Deberían revisar el ascensor en algún momento se paró. Además, aquellas personas que no puedan andar con facilidad lo deben tener en cuenta y usar el transporte público que no está lejano.

-: O horário da piscina é das 11h às 23h. Se você acorda cedo e quer relaxar, tem que esperar até as 11h.Sinal do Wi-Fi no quarto era muito ruim, não dava para trabalhar. Café da manhã simples, a comida não tem tags de identificação, que é algo simples mas que faz diferença. Então você não consegue saber exatamente o que é algumas das opções.

+: The staff were very nice and friendly 😊. I really appreciated that even after my parents checked out, they were still allowed to stay in my room until they left to catch the flight at 10:00 pm. The location is great and has a lively, welcoming vibe 🌆

-: Soundproof Walls:The hotel advertised soundproof walls, but this wasn’t the case. We stayed in rooms 1211 and 1212 and had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the nightclubs behind the hotel 🎶.Pool and Jacuzzi:If you’re considering paying extra and choose this hotel over others to enjoy the pool, be aware that it’s quite old, has poor air ventilation, and the water didn’t seem very clean 🌊. The pool is super small and has a strong chlorine smell. Additionally, the jacuzzi was not working. When I asked the staff if it could be turned on, they said they would send someone to check it out, but, unfortunately, no one ever came.Dinner:As for the food, I wouldn’t recommend dining here 🍽️. You can find much better food for less price at nearby restaurants. I made the mistake of booking a dinner at the hotel, which wasn’t worth the cost.Room:The room we stayed in (1211) for three nights was very dark and cramped 🛏️. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet in both rooms (1211 and 1212)🚽, which was quite disappointing.Towels:The towels provided were ragged and torn on the edges, and one had an odd smell, as if it had been used for a long time for cleaning .😄

-: Noise:The soundproofing was poor, and we could hear loud music from nearby nightclubs 🎶, making it hard to sleep in rooms 1211 and 1212.Pool and Jacuzzi:The pool is small, old, not clean and poorly ventilated 🌊. I would not get in that water The jacuzzi was out of order.Dining:The food wasn’t great, and honestly there are better, more affordable options nearby 🍽️Room and Maintenance:Our room (1211) was dark, cramped, and not very clean 🛏️, with an unpleasant odor from the toilets 🚽. The hotel is definitely not up to 4-star standards—it’s old and poorly maintained. The elevator felt like it was scraping the walls.Towels:Towels were torn and had an odd smell 🧼.

+: THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL AND THE STAFF DIDIN'T SEEM EQUIP TO MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME. I found this hotel to be stressful throughout. The only positive this was the location if you fancy staying in a no-frills hotel.

-: The balcony door was broken and although the staff said they had fixed it, we had problems opening and shutting the door which carried on throughout the whole week of our holiday which added stress to our holiday. The free WIFI was rubbish and couldn't log into anything online. Our Bathrobes were not changed at all and had to wear the same bathrobes everyday. Out key cards to get into the room did not work and we had to go to reception 2 to 3 times a day to get our key cards activated, which is time consuming if you just wanted to go to your room after a busy day out.
