+: Good location by the water. Close to Side town by taxi. Good food and many nice snack options. I was traveling with my kids and liked that there were many good pool options for them.

+: Staff is very kind and helpful. It was amazing. Cleanliness of the hotel was also above my expectation. I like the overall area of the hotel as well. They have tall, state protected trees all around with a magnificent garden. Food options in general were satisfactory, we usually used the public all inclusive restaurant. It was having a lot of options. But later we discovered that other speciality restaurants that take customers with reservation actually have better food quality.
-: I would expect to have more options for beers, cocktails or in general alcohol. 'Premium drinks' were just moderate ones for me.

+: The rooms were comfy, the cleaning servise was amazing. The staff is very professional. The cocktails are very good. The food was not amazing but it was good enough (theme nights were really good). The concerts were really fun at night.
-: The beach is sand but there are rocks in the sea and it is impossible to see them. I cut my feet twice. The managers in the hotel seem to have no idea about the famous turkish hospitality. They should learn from their own staff about being kind. They walktalk like boarding school principals. The way they talk to me bothered me so much.
