+: Staff was excellent. Breakfast great. Pool area has bar, restaurant, showers and restrooms. The view was so beautiful. And it is a historic property.

-: There is no elevator due to its historic status as the first cave hotel with en-suite bathrooms. The furnishings are a bit dated. But the hotel is clean and tidy in every way.
