+: The location is quite convenient, surrounded by a variety of supermarkets and grocery shops, and with easy access to bus stations. The staff, to their credit, were friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist with any inquiries.
-: I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient with supermarkets and grocery shops nearby, and the bus stations are easy to find, these minor positives are completely overshadowed by the bad service and amenities. To start, there was no cleaning service at all during our entire 5-day stay! It's unacceptable that basic housekeeping was completely neglected leaving us to deal with the same dirty sheets and towels for the entire duration. This level of negligence is beyond frustrating. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast. It was an absolute disgrace! The so-called "breakfast" consisted of the bare minimum—some stale bread, a few packets of jam, and cold tea and omelets, which were already unappetizing by 8 in the morning.
