+: De locatie van het hotel is heel mooi met een mooi zwembad en direct aan zee. Het park met de normale kamers ziet er aan de buitenkant heel gezellig uit. Allemaal wit blauw met mooie bloemen. Wij hadden een familiekamer en de kamer op zich was prima.

-: Wij hadden dus een familiekamer geboekt en hiervoor moesten we via ongeveer 10 trappen en een brug over de weg naar onze kamer komen. De kamers lagen gewoon in een heel ander deel van het park. Er waren wel 2 kleine liftjes maar dan nog moest je trappen lopen en de brug. Heel vervelend in de hitte in augustus en zeker voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, daarvoor is het niet te doen. Er staat dat er gratis Wifi is. Bij de receptie de code gevraagd maar daar gaf men aan dat er geen wifi is. Schoonmaak rond het zwembad kan veel beter. Er heeft zelfs de hele dag een kapot bierflesje naast een boom rond het zwembad gelegen. Wij hadden om 7 uur ontbijt en dan moest je tot 12 uur wachten totdat je weer iets te eten kon halen. Tussendoor geen ijsje of koekje. Voor All inclusive vonden wij dit jammer. Personeel is wel aardig maar zeker niet pro actief. Borden op in de eetzaal. Niks aan te doen zegt men. De Taverna zou 12 uur open gaan. Dames keuken zijn klaar met eten maken maar ober is er nog niet. Uiteindelijk zelf maar gaan melden bij receptie want de dames wachtten gewoon. Na 45 minuten wachten ging het open om 12.45 uur.

+: An der Unterkunft hat mir nur die Nähe zur Stadt gefallen alles andere war schlecht.

-: Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Zu aller Erst war das Essen katastrophal. Ich weiß nicht, warum es kein rotes Fleisch gab bei dem Preis aber es gab so gut wie nie Fleisch. Das Hotel war dreckig es wurde nicht genügend geputz. Das Meer war nicht schön der Rettungsschwimmer kümmert sich nicht um die Leute am Strand. Es gibt giftige Algen an diesem Strand, von dem der Rettungsschwimmer Bescheid weiß. Ich wurde von der giftigen Alge gestochen und musste ins Krankenhaus gehen und der Arzt im Hotel hat sich nicht um mich gekümmert deswegen würde ich niemanden dieses Hotel empfehlen. Außerdem war das Restaurant nicht gut genug organisiert. Es gab sehr oft keine Teller, so dass man warten musste, bis man sich überhaupt was zu essen nehmen konnte. Die Animation war schlecht und abends wusste man nicht, wo man sich hinsetzen soll, da es nicht genug Bars oder Parks oder sonstiges gab, an dem man sich einfach mal hinsetzen konnte.
