+: hello, my name is Gheorghe, I'm from Romania, I'm very disappointed with this hotel. from the entrance to the reception, (we also have a video recording) the staff at the reception, they spoke in Turkish and made us gypsies. we were a group of 25 people. in our group, there was a turkish citizen, friend, settled in turkey. I came from the sea from Antalya. on the way back we decided to stay 2 nights at this hotel because of the amusement park. I paid everything through booking. when we arrived at the reception, they took an extra €120 because they didn't want to accept us even with the reservation paid for by booking for 3 people in the room. their hotel only accepts 2 people. I paid €1,200 for two rooms and 6 adults, they charged an additional fee. apart from the indescribable mess in the hotel in the rooms, the reception staff even now after the stay, they don't want to issue us invoices on our company. although when leaving I left them the details of our company. we often go on holidays to turkey, but this hotel is of the lowest quality both as a hotel and as a staff.
