+: Very kind and flexible staff - Mr. Güven as manager of reception and his collegues are ready to solve all the problems.

+: The location is perfect, if you want to visit the old city with all its monuments. The staff are extremely friendly, specialy the receptionist Guven who's a helpful, profesionnal and intelectual person, speaking several languages and giving reliable advices.

-: the proprety could be more clean.

+: The staff were super friendly , especially Guven and the other manager when I checked in .Their english was very good .The breakfast was excellent , they could add some fried eggs or omelettes lol .But was very happy with my stay .. their hotel rates are also very good for this centrally located hotel .Will definitely stay there again .
