+: This hotel is a gem in Alacati. What makes it best is the people who work there. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond for the guests. The housekeeping manager lady takes care of the hotel like it’s her own. We couldn’t have found any better hotel in Alacati. Highly recommended.

+: Great location, easily walkable to the main areas.
-: You can’t actually drive up and park at the hotel. You need to park your car up the street about 300mm away in the city square carpark and haul your luggage down the cobble stone street. Once you arrive, you can call the hotel and they will send the Bell Boy up to bring your luggage down. We left early on our last day (7am) so we needed to walk our luggage up on our own as the workers hadn’t started yet.

+: Die Lage ist super, paar Schritte und man ist mitten im Geschehen.
-: Wir hatten von Anfang an irgendwie das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Der einzige der wirklich super nett und aufmerksam war, ist Nihat gewesen, vielen Danke nochmal, er hat sich darum gekümmert das wir früh bei der Abreise noch Frühstück bekommen haben und bei dem Tragen der Koffer war er auch der einzige der geholfen hat.Falsches Hotel für so einen netten aufmerksamen Mann der einen super Job macht.
