-: تم دفع مبلغ الغرف مرتين، ولم يتم ارجاع المبلغ لي والطاقم لم يكن متعاون في حل مشكلتي…كان لدي حجزين في نفس الوقت واحد مدفوع مسبقاً والفندق استغل ذلك بطريقة غريبة…ادخلوني الفندق بالحجز الغير مدفوع بعد دفعها كاش وتجاهلوا الحجز المدفوع وابلغتهم بذلك قبل تسجيل الدخول

+: I did not have Breakfast at the hotel. Location wise the hotel is only surrounded by more hotels and no attractions.
