+: The location is great and the place is very friendly, also to people who travel with pets! The dining area is on the highest floor of the building which gives some romantic views during breakfast. Good quality for the price!
-: The place is rather small, which is perfectly fine as long as you stay for vacation and need no place to work.

+: Room was clean. All room facilities mention provided. Stayed for 3nights and staff offered to clean the room everyday. Very near to tram station . Staff very helpful. Keep up the good work.Tqvm.
