+: Locatie als de faciliteiten waren uitstekend. Mijn gezin met 3 kinderen hebben genoten.. wij zijn verder heel goed geholpen door onze host Ege Taşdemir.. hij stond 24 uur voor ons klaar om ons een zo aangenaam mogelijk verblijf te voorzien. Personeel was super goed en hotel was goed onderhouden. Eten was heerlijk en er waren geen lange rijen. Wij gaan hier als gezin zeker nog een keer heen.

-: Het valt mij jammer genoeg op dat er nog altijd bezoekers zijn die voordringen. İk zou het waarderen als personeel hier beter op kan letten.

+: L’accueil dans cet hôtel est incroyable , dès votre arrivé on s’occupe de vous et de vos bagages. Ils font en sorte que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Le personnel est très à l’écoute en particulier monsieur Atakan qui a été présent du début à la fin , soucieux de notre bien-être et du bon déroulement du séjour , à la moindre demande le personnel est réactif . Les activités pour les enfants sont top . Vous avez à boire et à manger de qualité et à n’importe quelle heure . La propreté de l’hôtel en toute sa globalité est top . La nourriture est très variée , copieuse et bonnes . L’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel ce donne à fond afin de satisfaire tous les hôtes de l’hôtel . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

-: Compared to last year’s visit, the services has degraded in terms of customer service and food quality. The only thing that works for the hotel is the location and scenery. Furthermore and prior to reservation towards this resort, we were assured on the phone prior to making the payment that we would have the same room type as long as we complete the reservation directly with the hotel. When we paid the same amount and for the same type of room agreed on the phone but through booking.com the situation changed completely. First we got a room with an odor which seems like from the bathroom and a view facing a staircase or a fire escape and then when we refused we were given a room facing the back of villas and it could not be described other than deception. It seems that they wanted the transaction to go through them directly instead of through booking.com

+: I would like to say a huge thank to Yaren. She was brilliant. She handled all restaurant bookings and handled everything for me. If you book this hotel make sure you meet her. Also I would also like to say a huge thank you to Omer, he made the best cocktails ever. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and Yaren. Make sure you visit the main bar by reception for an amazing cocktail off him. Food wise. Italianturkishseafood is good. Also we liked the sushi Pinsky beach club but you have to pay for both of them .

-: The buffet was extremely poor. The food was always cold. Try and avoid if you can. Also the dino park wasn’t open when we were there, which was poor. Also one of the lifts was broke for the 2 weeks we were their which was a nightmare. I can’t believe it never got fixed. The Biggest problem this hotel has is there isn’t enough staff. No one takes your drinks order around the pool; also the restaurants were manic due to the lack of staff. Also the hotel has not enough aircon, it was always so hot inside.
