+: Comfortable place near the metro station. There are friendly personal.

-: Every morning I see pigeons flying in and it’s amazing how they walk under the ceiling. Maybe there’s a hole there or something else, but in the morning you don’t even need an alarm clock if there are pigeons. The room was very stuffy, and the open window and air conditioner did’t help, it worked very weakly even though the temperature was set to minimum.

+: Locația este foarte bună .

-: Nu este un hotel de 4 stele , totul era defect în cameră . În baie mirosea a canalizare , aerul condiționat era foarte zgomotos , la 2 dimineața de trânteau ușile Non stop , mânerul ușii de la baie rupt, căzut , seif nefuncțional , mânerul geamului nefuncțional , nu se putea închide geamul , foarte multă gălăgie de afară , frigiderul nefuncțional .

+: Für den Preis war es ok. Ich habe am Anfang ein Doppelzimmer genommen, es war aber sehr klein. Habe dann gegen Aufpreis (10€ Nacht) Luxuriös genommen. Von Luxus kann da keine Rede sein, es war aber groß. Für das Geld (ca 45€ die Nacht) völlig in Ordnung. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser.

-: Personal an der Rezeption spricht kaum englisch. Von drei, mit begegneten Personen hat nur einer gesprochen. Zufällige Gäste mit Türkisch Kenntnissen haben mir geholfen der Empfangsdame zu erklären, was ich brauche. Sie hat trotzdem nichts verstanden 😂Die einzige Hilfe war die Hausdame. Das alles wäre nicht so dramatisch, aber was mich wirklich gestört hat, die Lautstärke. Das Hotel steht an einer sehr befahrenen Hauptstraße und es ist auch nachts sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Ich konnte nicht nicht schlafen. Mein Begleiter schon. Also, nicht für die empfindliche Ohren.

+: • Location near Metro and Bus Stations.  • General services available nearby (grocery, cafes, etc.). • Rooms are clean and neat, as shown in pictures. • Housekeeping is available on request at anytime. . The staff are very helpful and friendly. . Hotel has a perfet wifi very fast and stable .

-: The hotel was very noisy; there was no soundproofing. The staff did not speak English well and preferred to communicate through a translator, but at least they are trying to assist.  TV has only Turkish channels and one Arabic news channel. On a weekend night, I observed couples having fun with loud voices on the same floor. In my experience, I am not used to staying at hotels that behave like brothels.

+: Changed the room 3 times did not show same room in pic had really small one had to change to big one and £220 extra AC was not working second day changed it again the AC did not work for 21 days they keep on saying will get it fixed but did not was very hot had surgery so could not keep on changing the room bathroom smelt water use to go while having shower happened 10 times
