-: Het eten was vreselijk slecht. Totaal geen variatie van eten was iedere keer hetzelfde eten + dessert. Buiten de restaurant personeel waren ze echt niet blij en niet goed. Via booking staat hele andere dingen dan we gezien hebben. 1) het strand is niet aan het hotel maar 5 min met busje2) 2 zwembaden is het niet er is maar 1 zwembad3 personeel niet vriendelijk4) eten was verschrikkelijk 5 animatie bestond niet was ver te zoekenHet hotel was vreselijk slecht en super klein.Verder hebben ze ons een familiekamer toegewezen terwijl we dit niet geboekt hebben en kwamen ze hier 4 dagen pas achter en wouden ze ons eruit hebben. Met moeite hebben we met de manager gesproken en mochten we blijven met als reden dat een goeie vriend een goeie recentie over ons moeten schrijven. Ik gind dit triest voor woorden. Hier moet iets aan gedaan worden. Ook konden we via booking gratis naar het hotel en rerug weg alleen betalen maar dit was ook niet het geval. Kan hier iets aan gedaan worden

+: Das Hotel ist sehr modern und das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und der Strand ist nahe. Sie haben eine grosse Auswahl an Cocktails und Essen. Obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt ist das kein Problem da es alle 15 Minuten ein Shuttle hat nur für Hotelgäste.
-: Das Essen am buffet war nicht gut. Allgemein das Essen hat qualitativ und auch in der Auswahl, vor allem beim Buffet nicht meine Erwartungen getroffen.

+: Helpful staff, clean rooms, good and clean area around hotel, good service on the beach. Some of the food is really good.
-: No import alco, most of the food is absolute trash, beach is not connected to the hotel territory, so you need to wait the bus, which is pretty old, but good. Overall location is away from city's "active zone". Very small gym, entertainment schedule is weird and activities are weird. In fact the only activity i liked is water polo, but i felt bad for the rest of the people in pool. Music on disco is weird, and in fact the only thing to do is to drink tequila, which made by local producer and it's quality is questionable. As well as drinks in minibar. SPA is also low-quality, low temperature in steam-room and in sauna, and rotten smell hanging around.
