+: Das Hotel ist ziemlich klein und wirklich nicht mehr modern. Extrem alte rutschen die ohnehin keiner nutzt. Pool schließt sehr früh, es ist schon ein Stück weg bis zum Strand. Und der Weg ist auch nicht so angenehm. Aber die Zimmern waren groß und sauber und wir hatten einen schönen Meerblick Zimmer. Der Manager ist TOP!!!!

-: Das Essen war mit Abstand der schlechte in den 10 Hotels die ich in der Türkei besucht habe. Das Essen war keine 4 Sterne sondern höchstens 2. Jeden Tag gab es das gleiche, Das Blumenkohl war an einem Tag gekocht, am Tag danach als Soße und danach paniert, und so weiter im Salat. Das ist schon echt Eckelhaft. Jeden Tag gab es gammelige Schnitzel und Nuggets die keiner gegessen hat. Reis war steinhart. Wirklich eine Schande für die türkischen Verhältnisse

+: Sehr nettes Personal .Guter Ausblick aus dem Zimmer.Kleines und feines Hotel.Es war immer Platz zu finden auf der Terrasse im Restaurant,am Pool oder am Strand.Kleopatra Strand 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen ,Alanya 15 min.Bazar in Konaklı 5 km entfernt.

-: Sehr laut wegen der Autobahn.Mir offene Tür zu schlafen war nicht möglich .Mit Klimaanlage und geschlossener Tür war ok.

+: Rust en dat er geen kinderen aanwezig zijn

-: Animatie was nog niet gestart ivm opening

+: When checking into the hotel we were greeted by warm friendly welcoming staff.From management to the cleaning team, the entertainers and restaurant and bar staff were amazing.The rooms were clean, brilliant ac and cleaned daily.Food and drinks throughout the day and on the beach front were served until lateThe staff honestly made the whole experience worth it.The hotel was nice, their private beach for sunset was stunning.

-: The only downside to the hotel stay was the strict rules of drinks to be taken to the room.For An adults only hotel i think this is a crazy policy!The choice of food in the buffet could of been served with more of a selection especially during breakfast time.Also only having one room key to the room so for those wanting an early night they would have to be woken due to night staff not providing an additional key.On two occasions we had strange phonecalls on the hotel room phone in the early hours of the morning. With men claiming they were going to come to our room. This matter was never resolved.Also the pool towels were given on a curfew. Having to return them before a certain time.For those early morning risers they're is no where to grab a morning coffee before breakfast opens.They're is no option to ask for ironing essentials as that comes as price of a few euros for each item to be ironed.

-: Nici nu stiu de unde sa încep..Personalul este foarte amabil (nota 10).La capitolul curatenie..slabut..nu este curatenie pe care o astepti la un hotel de 4 stele(menajera schimba doar prosoapele pe timpul sederii).Referitor la mancare,am avut parte de o seara cu mancare turceasca (foarte buna),in rest,se repeta mancare ( destul de ok).Bauturile de la bar oribile,doar berea Tuborg a fost foarte buna.Activitati noaptea nu prea sunt,amplasarea nu este tocmai ok..nu ai unde sa te plimbi..

+: Accommodatie bevalt mij prima dit is het twede keer dat ik voor deze hotel hebben gekozen personeel vriendelijk. Animatie is vriendelijk.Ik zal iedereen aanraden om bij deze hotel te verblijven
