+: Otelin mutfağı tek kelimeyle harika. Tatilimiz boyunca hem açık büfe olsun hem snack bar olsun yiyecekler ve içecekler hem kaliteli hem de daima tazeydi. Yemek çeşitliliği beklediğimin üzerindeydi. Türk ve dünya mutfaklarının çok özenilmiş örnekleri mevcuttu. Özellikle deniz ürünlerine hayran kaldım. Hizmet personelleri gerçekten çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Hiçbir talebimiz geri çevrilmedi. Otelde sadece eğlenmeyi ve dinlenmeyi düşündük. İmkanlar olarak da otel fark yarattı. Hizmet verilen alanların birbirine yakın olması, tesisin denize sıfır olması hatta otelin kendi Starbucks'ı olması da fark yaratan yönleriydi. Temizlik personelleri gerçekten çok başarılı. Hem dış hem de iç alanlar pırıl pırıldı.
-: Öyle aman aman gözüme çarpan bir olumsuzluk olmadı. Sadece bazı personellerin Türkçeleri oldukça yetersiz. Bir de personellerden sorumlu şeflerin personellerle daha yumuşak bir üslupla iletişim kurmalarını tavsiye ederim.
