+: The hotel is close to the subway and buses that take you to the main parts of the city. There are many restaurants around, although most serve the same things.
-: The 2nd night (out of 13) of my stay I noticed german roaches in my room. Since my reservation was non refundable, the hotel would not allow me to cancel the reservation and get my money back for the remaining nights. They offered to either move me to a better room or to one of their sister properties (all which did not have as nice of reviews as this hotel). I moved to another room and did not have any problems for the remainder of my trip, but I was uncomfortable and I disagree with them for not refunding my money so that I could go to a different hotel. Booking.com told me that they couldn't do anything about it, but to leave a review mentioning my issue.
