The White Monarch Hotel is located in Istanbul’s Medijidieköhe district, just 250 meters from Trump Towers Shopping Center. It offers rooms decorated in Ottoman style. Other facilities include an indoor pool, a hammam and a sauna.

+: The location was ok and accesible price, but still not a good value for money.
-: COMPLETELY CARELESS STAFF. The room had many fixingsimprovizations and problems, you can check attached pictures. The first picture shows a medical batch in the bathroom which was there on arrival and still there after the daily ,,cleaning''. The personal staff was completely careless for my invoice request. I requested the invoice starting from my check-in, and I wrote to the receptionist all the my invoice data. I asked then everyday for my invoice. At the check out I wrote again all my data regarding my invoice with the promise that they will send it on email. Nothing happend. I requeste on email after my arrival back home, nothing happend. COMPLETELY CARELESS STAFF.

+: Personnel incompétent.. ayant demandé une chambre avec 2 lit, j'arrive sur place on me sort que l'hôtel est complet et qu'il reste que des lits double alors qu'elle voyage avec ma fille .. ps j'avais réservé une semaine à l'avance et non pas à la dernière minute les chambres donne sur l'arrière cour avec une vue sombre sur le béton
